CrossFit WOD: Workout of the Day

This is our core class, open to all members who have completed the Elements Course or who have prior CrossFit experience.  Our daily CrossFit program is geared towards inclusivity, scalability, and results.  The primary objective of our CrossFit class is to effectively and safely elevate your quality of life and to make you better in and outside the gym. The daily CrossFit class includes a coach led warm-up, mobility, skill work, movement prep and review, a WOD, and a cool-down.  We aim to hit the desired stimulus in each WOD; the sweet spot where intensity meets technique. Consistency, commitment and a desire to improve yourself are key to achieving results. All skill levels are welcomed and will be challenged in this class.

Elements Jumpstart Package

This is our on-boarding program to help you develop the foundations of CrossFit. Since there’s so much we want to show you, we dedicated a whole program for those who are new to CrossFit. With this package you receive the following:

  • 3 one-on-one sessions (1 hour each) with one of our coaches.

  • Email recaps of your one-on-one sessions.

  • Nutrition Jumpstart Program overview with your coach.

  • Weekly check-ins from your coach for your first month.

  • CFB Ambassador assisted classes for your first month.

Nutrition Coaching

Regardless of whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, or just feel better, it all starts with nutrition. You simply cannot out-train a bad diet no matter how many hours you put in at the gym. Nutrition forms the foundation for success in and outside the gym. More often than not, the food you eat determines whether or not you accomplish your goals. Let us help you succeed…our nutrition coaching will help take the guesswork out of nutrition and give you a program that is easy to understand and makes it possible to see results. Our nutrition program is billed monthly ($120/month) and a 3 month minimum commitment is required to get started. With this service you will receive the following:

  • Custom nutrition plan based on your lifestyle and goals.

  • Daily online nutrition tracking and accountability.

  • Meal planning assistance.

  • Weekly check in via email.

  • Every 4 week check in via phone.

  • Every 12 week reassessment.
